Minimum: one half page.
The food should be described in Spanish: "Me gusta (or: No me gusta) el arro con gandules porque es ____________." Pretend that Room 231, where you tasted the arroz con gandules, is a restaurant. Be sure to describe and rate the service and ambience (interior surroundings), as well as the food.
