SenSES!!

I have finished a book called MY AMAZING BODY SENSES by Angela Royston. I found this book in my science teacher, Mr. Carpenter’s, library. I chose this book because it looked interesting and because I didn’t know much except what they are and how they work. This book is mainly about your senses and how they work with your body and how they help you in life.

One cool fact I found in this book was that when you take a shower you first have to see how hot or cold it has to be and you should use you elbow for that job. You don’t have to but you could because you’re if you use you hand or foot they both have different heat scales. Meaning, that they react to different temperatures. But you elbow on the other hand is in the middle. Who knew!!!

Another cool fact is that when you blink you release a new set of water in your eyes. This is very important because if you didn’t blink your eyes would be covered in dust right now. People often blink regularly but sometimes when something touches your eyelashes or something gets close to your eyes you blink.

Another cool fact is… some parts of your body are more sensitive than other parts of your body. Your fingertip, lips, tip of tongue, and the soles of your feet are sensitive to touch. These are sensitive parts because these parts contain more nerve endings than other parts of your body.

There are many other facts in this book but you have to read them. But I have one question to end this blog post. Is there anyone on this planet who has no senses at all?

ps the stuff at the top which shows you part of my blog is becuse i copied and pasted from microsoft word sorry if you have a problem
