Hello Everyone

 

I received a call today from Senator's  Padavan & Stavisky telling me that the ENTIRE Senate and Assembly will be in session voting on the budget Thur April 1st. We are going to once again have to change the date of the forum.... After speaking to both Senator Stavisky and Senator Padavan's office the date that looks the best is April 15th. Both Senators have committed to attending. THIS IS THE FINAL date change in an effort to make this a well attended successful event for all. If for any reason it does not work then in my opinion the event needs to just be cancelled.. I am sorry for choosing the date with out consulting everyone first I really didn't have a choice.

 

Charlene PLEASE find the right words to explain the change with out us looking like total IDIOTS and revise the invitation to reflect the above information.. If we can do all this by Monday, get the FINAL invitation sent and secure the location I think we will; be ok.

 

I will make all necessary changes with Bleeker to secure the building for the new date. If it's not available, we will revert to plan A and hold the meeting at Linden place...
