My book, Forests, by David Lambert is about all types of trees that grow in different parts of he world. But sadly they are being cut down, or killed as I would say. They have trees like tropical, needle leaved or decidious. They can be fould all over the world. If you go more to the pacific or indian, you wll see tropical. Go North, and find needle leaves. Go to many parts of the worlds, you will find Trees are important and this will surely help you understand why we need trees.

This book, Oh Baby, by kris Hirschman is about well... umm adult wild animals.. just kidding! It about the total opposite, baby animals. There are many types of wild baby animals out there, because every animal starts off as a baby! These baby animals will sound like you never eveer heard of them, well 'cause they are foriegn to our country. You'll find the okapi, the egypitian cobra in africa, and find the indian rhino is asia.

Do you ever wonder what happens during the night while you sleep? While you are asleep, a lot of animals are out at night. They also sleep during the day. Theses animals are called nocturnal animals. Are you nocturnal?
Some people are scared of the dark because they cannot see, hear, or smell what might be in the shadows. Nocturnal animals have developed their senses of sight, hearing, touch, and smell. Nocturnal animals use these senses together to stay alive. Some animals even have "super senses" like echolocation and heat-detection.

Asteroids are one kind of object that revolve around stars, such as the sun. Our solar system is made up of planets, moons, and asteroids. The largest object in our solar system, is the sun. It has the strongest gravity. (Gravity is a force of attraction). This force keeps the objects of our solar system, revolving around us.
