My QSI traits
Creativity: Throughout my life I always remember myself creating. Either clothes for my Barbies or jewelry from polymeric clay. Growing up I always found ways to show my creativity through my projects at school, my friendships and professional relationships. I would add an extra drawing in a writing paper, I would bake a cake for my friend's birthday from scratch and I would organize a professional space with handmade decorations. I believe that creativity is an undeniable trait of every teacher.
Inquiry: As a historian I have always been inquisitive. I would describe it as asking questions about how things are made, and looking for answers in our every day life questions. I want to instill the same passion to my students. Thinking and questioning everything around them will make our students curious learners that could apply these skills later in life.
